Northeast Victim Service is one of the seven community-based Victim/Witness Service Agencies in Philadelphia, PA. There are also a number of citywide Victim/Witness Service Agencies focused on the special victimization types or special needs of victims.
We are happy to help you determine the best organization to meet your particular needs.
